Representative at front desk was very courteous. She was upfront with info regarding no hot water in certain rooms. Moved us when our room shower didn't work.

The young lady desk clerk was very polite and accommodating by changing my room before I concluded the reservation to include a fridge and microwave. I was expecting a star rating of 2 motel rate entering the room. To my surprise it was clearly a 3.5 star motel. Very comfy, clean, and large screen tv worked with cable.
